What is meant by “impartiality” when you describe Gencos point of difference?

Genco and its personnel are impartial being they are neutral, we are without prejudice and carry no allegiances. If Genco are brought into a project we do so without the "noise" of inter company rivalry which we often see on a project.

Genco mentions Commissioning in its forte, what is meant here?

We have a very good network of Commissioning personnel, well experienced in SCS software, GT installations, general commissioning including Hazops, Gas blows etc.
Naturally Commissioning follows Construction so we have to be well versed in this portfolio to get to PC and Operational handover.
