Can Genco set up a site for a "Greenfield's" startup?

Mobilisation to a bare site / greenfields project is where Genco excels.
We have experienced personnel who move in and set up a site well ahead of the main construction team. Essentially this is our advanced squad who are mobilised to set up site accommodation, communications, vehicles, site offices, security, general sundry suppliers etc. This ensures our crew are "ready to roll" when they arrive.
