  • Genco Project Management are a pre determined, all inclusive known cost to your project prior to engagement.
  • Genco commit to a fixed term, the flexibility of our team being contractually secured for the duration of your project without any ongoing employee obligations at project completion and handover.
  • Even though Genco are contractors our clients have no risk that the IP we develop will be lost once Genco completes the project. Robust systems are setup before we start to ensure all IP developed is captured and retained as part of our standard client QA and documentation reporting.
  • Our clients are guaranteed performance and value for money from as soon as we are engaged to the project and start - remember we have to perform and deliver results, Genco has a reputation to uphold and we are only as good as our last project.
  • With no travel restrictions our crew can operate for lengthy periods in remote areas. Generally we rotate in overlapping swings to ensure continuity on a project and ensure there is adequate Project Management representation at both the client’s head office or design centre and site operations.
  • Being contractors our fee structure is very simple and clients only pay for what they use. We do not have the contingent costs as one does with employees on projects i.e. remote allowances, super, sickness allowances, time off allowances etc.
  • Genco crew are very adaptable and easily and quickly interface with a clients existing business, procedures and reporting framework.
  • Because our Genco Project Management team are a pre assembled, complete and self sufficient project operators, there are "no setting up costs, or bedding in periods" as you would expect with assembling a group of new recruits to a project.
  • Because all our Genco crew generally all have experience in operating a business, they understand the significance of a clients project coming in on budget to schedule.

  • We bring to our clients FOC the experience of our 'Lessons Learned' dossier developed over many diverse projects, clients and environments. In terms of ensuring a successful project outcome - we know where all the adversities and issues are. On every project management assignment we raise the bar on the last and all Genco crew strive to ensure that if even by just a small detail - the current PM assignment was an improvement on the last.
  • Coming back to our lessons learned dossier, Genco has the experience of having previously worked with many industry plant and equipment manufacturers and contractors in many different environments. We know many of them and can quickly peer review and recommend manufacturers, suppliers and contractors best to suited your project based on our own experiences with them.
